The terms that apply when you use the Home Decor Path website.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of homedecorpath.com, operated by Home Decor Path ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the website, submitting a form or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Design and renovation work is governed by a separate written contract, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
Articles, mood boards, lookbook images and service descriptions are provided for general information and inspiration. Images may be illustrative and may not represent a specific completed project. Content is not professional engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Please consult qualified professionals before making decisions.
Booking a consultation or receiving an estimate does not create a contract. Estimates reflect information available at the time and may change after detailed measurement and inspection. The final scope, design, price, materials, schedule and payment terms are confirmed in a signed written agreement.
Mood boards, drawings and selections prepared by our team remain our property until paid for under your agreement and may not be shared with other contractors without our consent.
Weather, permits, inspections, material lead times and hidden conditions may affect timing and cost. Any changes will be agreed in writing before additional work proceeds. For projects we perform, you agree to provide reasonable access and inform us of known hazards.
Information about financing, home loans and warranties is provided for convenience. These products are offered by independent providers under their own terms and approval processes. We are not responsible for third party products, services, decisions or websites.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by Home Decor Path or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
By submitting information or images, you confirm you have the right to share them and that they are accurate. You allow us to use them to respond to you and provide services as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a consultation. Cancellation terms for signed projects, including any rights under New Jersey or federal law, are set out in your written contract.
We may update, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time for maintenance, improvements or security reasons. We are not liable if the website is unavailable for any period.
The website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Warranties for completed work are limited to those in your written contract and any manufacturer warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Decor Path and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Decor Path and its owners, employees and partners from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of the website or breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to these terms or the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website means you accept the changes. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
